The MG Experience is an extension of an existing successful and reputable brand famous for its extensive list of wines and spirits available to purchase or consume in-house.
Their food menu has a large sharing concept of appetizers and focuses on using fresh and local ingredients. The concept created for their most recent branch in Naccache, Lebanon, aims at engineering a menu that could be enjoyed with a mocktail or cocktail.
We extended the Bar menu into a complete beverage program that consisted of a “Specialty Cocktails” category, an “International Cocktails” category, and an innovative “Perfect Serve” category, ensuring a multi-sensory experience that highlights the characteristics of exclusive local and imported brands.
The Malt Gallery Experience aimed to become an all-day concept where Mocktails and coffee were also highly considered. Hence, we also introduced dessert-style cocktails in the coffee category, organic infusions, fresh juices, and a selection of herbal teas.
Since this is an already established and renowned alcohol store, the newly introduced food menu by Chef Tarek incorporated this aspect, from bites that work perfectly with happy hour drinks to subtly incorporating alcohol in certain dishes or sauces.
